Hello and welcome! I’m excited to introduce my store to you. I specialize in offering only natural, genuine, untreated, and unenhanced Hetian jade. I have a 5-star rated store on Etsy and am proud to be a Star Seller. I’m gradually transitioning my business to Instagram to provide my customers with an even better shopping experience.

To help you navigate my collection, I’ve categorized the items into three distinct levels:

Level 1: top quality collection
This is the highest quality jade in our collection. It boasts exceptional texture and a structure so smooth that in some case its grain is even virtually invisible to the naked eye. There are no inclusions in this jade, and it is extremely rare, making it a high-end option for collectors.

Level 2: High-Quality collection
This category is perfect for most Hetian jade enthusiasts. These pieces have a delicate structure, with subtle grains visible to the naked eye. They contain minimal to no inclusions and feature beautiful, vibrant colors.

Level 3: Entry-Level collection These are perfect for beginners or those on a more limited budget. The jade in this category has a distinct structure, with noticeable inclusions, making it an affordable yet beautiful option for starting a collection. I want to clarify that the entry level collection items in my store are not the bottom level of Hetian jade. I still have certain quality requirement for them.

I typically maintain between 40 and 50 listings in my store. If you’re looking for a specific type of Hetian jade but can’t find it, feel free to reach out to me. I’ll check my inventory and do my best to assist you.

I take great pride in the quality of my products, and customer satisfaction is my top priority. That’s why all items come with a 30-day free return policy. I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. 

One final note: I do not engage in price negotiations .I’m not the type of seller who inflates prices then offer discounts that make customers feel like they're saving, when in reality, they’re not. The listed price is the lowest I can offer, as my profit margin is quite slim. I prefer to save both your time and mine by avoiding back-and-forth bargaining.
